in /var/log/XFree.0.log for my Radeon 32MB DDR

there exists the enties:

(II) RADEON(0): Using 8 MB AGP aperture
(II) RADEON(0): Using 1 MB for the ring buffer
(II) RADEON(0): Using 2 MB for vertex/indirect buffers
(II) RADEON(0): Using 5 MB for AGP textures

DRI works fine, and I get good performance.

My question is, why is the AGP aperture size only 8MB? My BIOS has the
AGP Aperture set to 64MB. Is there some way that this 8MB can be
increased? If so, what files/settings do I tweak, and is there a
performance enhancement that I can expect?

Thx,

Jeff
