Hello again. This is all I've got:

So, I think that discovering a bug is a necessary condition to became an
XFree86 developer (see the attatchment below). My requirement for becaming a
Xfree86 developer have been rejected.
This is not fair, because:
1.-The mach64 DRI branch is not (yet) part of the XFree86 trunk, so, all the
work I've made reworking the structure is not patchable for anything in the
XFree, but it will be (I hope).
2.-It has nonsense to spend my time looking for bugs in other areas of the
XFree sources, when the only thing I want is a pair of documents to learn and
help in the development of a driver for DRI. Anyway, if I was able to find a
bug in the DRI part of XFree, I suppose that the patch would be submitted to
DRI development group, and will be merged with XFree as part of a whole
revision.

Well, I'm starting to lose my hopes. Perhaps I should forget my idea of
helping with the development of the RagePro driver and wait for someone with
the specs and the knowledge to finish the work.

Anyway, if I could help in any way, I'm listening here.

Best regards.

Denied. There are plenty of bugs out there for someone who is willing
to look for them.

A mediocre idea generates enthusiasm will go further than a great idea
that inspires no one.
