I see that the 8.3 branch "Supersedes 8.2" ... does this mean there are
no more changes to 8.2 and it is orphaned?  Or are you maintaining 8.2
for a period along with 8.3?

I am trying to decide how to handle the 8.2 to 8.3 transition in CentOS
Extras (a conflict or an obsolete in RPM).
