The issue has been fixed in the key generation page on the website.  If you'd like to \
generate a new key it should work as expected.  Or you can send us your key and we'll \
correct it for you.

Are you using demo keys or live keys?  We've found an issue with 7.1.1
checking OS stings on the live keys.  Demos keys do not do this.
