In /etc/rc.conf:

dbus="YES"

Or whatever other names are used for the script put in /etc/rc.d.  The
message printed at the end of installing the package (also contained in
the MESSAGE file in the /usr/pkgsrc directory it was installed from) will
usually mention the correct name, also.
