And the same goes for specsfs?

I take from your message that comparative NFS benchmarking 
and stability testing is fairly well-covered?

Among other things, I'm interested in knowing whether the
reworking in the VFS code yielded any gains in the UP case.

I infer from public commentary that the kernel is still
under the BGL and so no benefits in the SMP case are 
expected over FreeBSD at the moment?  Were there any
regressions?
