The new firmware adds support for external PHY BCM8485x; configures fixed link speed \
with transceiver/cable not supporting negotiation; supports engine swap; supports \
overriding PCIe preset equalization value; checks pause too long for ports and reads \
die temperature every second for shutdown threshold. It includes change in FLR flow \
when there is a SW initiated FLR.
