In my project I have one source of documentation coming from source files involved in \
my project, while the other documentation I want passed to the first project is \
text-documents generated using markdown support that is readable by doxygen. \
Currently, the layout of navigation tree is shown on the left. I'm assuming that this \
is happening because the external documentation files are just being placed in the \
directory that the first project scans for source code. What changes do I need to \
make to get the generated navigation tree to appear like it is on the right side of \
the picture? I'm thinking this is where I may have to use TAGFILES= and \
GENERATE_TAGFILE, but the manual for those was not very clear. How can I pass these \
external documents so that in the tree they have their own hierarchical level? Also \
in the right picture I tried to hide the Related Pages tab, I was not sure if that \
was possible to do as well if the files are being passed the way they are now, what \
am I doing wrong?

Thanks.
