Yes Dimitri.
On http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/htmlcmds.html it states that:

"these HTML tags are translated to the proper commands for outer formats 
other than HTML".

But in the list there is also mentioned:

"<A HREF="..."> Starts a HTML hyper-link (HTML only)."


Now I wonder about this "HTML only". This looks like the opposite of 
what you said above. I think the documentation is simply outdated at 
this point, isn't it?
