I have used Doxygen 1.5.8 very successfully to generate Assistant QCH
files. However I am using a custom HTML header file to provide some
graphics at the top of the page. These graphics do not show up in
assistant, but all others do. the graphics work correctly in a regular
web browser accessing the normal index.html page.

I suspect this is because the HTML header is not processed as normal
documentation so the links arent correctly built in the QCH files... Is
there anyway around this or is this spec?

My html header:
<HTML>
    <HEAD>
      <TITLE>PrintSend Documentation</TITLE>
      <LINK HREF="doxygen.css" REL="stylesheet" TYPE="text/css">
    </HEAD>
    <BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF">
<table width=100%>
<tr>
<td align=left width=20><img src="./icon_48x48.png"></td>
<td align=left>$title</td>
<td align=right width=200><img src="./logo.png"></td>
</tr>
</table>
<hr>
