Thanks for adding this issue to the Bug-DB.

I updated the request by an additional "requirement". 

For C# I would hate to make the work twice, once decalring an internal 
class
and then decalre a class as @internalEntity in the documentation.

If a language provides an internal/external visibility it makes to use it 
(as
we already do with public/private members).
