My C project is compiled for different configurations.
A configuration is specified using a 'prefix include' file
that includes other configuration files.
This corresponds with the 'Prefix File' feature in CodeWarrior or
the 'Forced include' (/FI) option in MSVC.

When I build my Doxygen documentation, I want to
be able to specify this same prefix file so
that the correct documentation is generated.
I would rather not work with different doxygen
configuration files with different 'PREDEFINED'
settings; keeping these in sync with the actual
source code configuration files is problematic.

Is there a way to force doxygen to include a
prefix include file?

Thanks
Frank
