My impression is that AAP/RIAA/MPAA/SBA/ASCAP/etc. sub society adopted the 
strategy of ongoing legal offensive, regardless outcome.

Those who do not like it, do not have any means in their disposal to 
confront the attacks as far as concepts of copyrights, patents, ip in 
general are considered as acceptable ones.
