Just leave out the IP address in the second line:

@mainsite-mail.intranet.xyz.com:192.168.10.101:junco.intranet.xyz.com:10:7200
@remotesite-mail.intranet.xyz.com:192.168.1.101:cardinal.intranet.xyz.com:10:7200
@remotesite-mail.intranet.xyz.com::junco.intranet.xyz.com:20:7200
