We already know.  Your _very first post_ showed "wget" reporting that it had
received (from port 80 of 67.15.13.111) an HTTP redirect pointing there and
had then followed it.  The fact that the "dnscache" log records a lookup for
"net4india.com." isn't surprising (given that), doesn't prove anything, and is
largely irrelevant.

_This is not a DNS issue_.
