What axfrdns is trying to tell you is that it doesn't understand the
rbldns CDB format, which is radically different from the tinydns CDB
format.  It's easy enough to convert the source forms, though; I just
don't know of anyone who's actually written a tool for it.  For instance:

1.2.3.4
5.6.7.8
:127.0.0.2:-HEY! GO AWAY! GET LOST!

becomes:

+4.3.2.1.rbl.base.domain:127.0.0.2:2048
'4.3.2.1.rbl.base.domain:-HEY! GO AWAY! GET LOST!:2048
+8.7.6.5.rbl.base.domain:127.0.0.2:2048
'8.7.6.5.rbl.base.domain:-HEY! GO AWAY! GET LOST!:2048
