The .cx servers have this A record:
thebrain.conmicro.cx 86400 A 216.231.48.161
So it seems that thebrain.conmicro.cx is or was listed in an NS record
for some .cx domain, and this is the glue.  You should contact the .cx
administrators and ask them to remove or fix their stale glue.
