tinydns uses 53/udp; axfrdns uses 53/tcp; dnscache uses 53/udp and 53/tcp.

dnscache is running on 127.0.0.1 on your server.  160.129.208.222 is the
address you've bound tinydns (but evidently not axfrdns) to.

Check to make sure you have a file /service/dnscache/drew.rain3s.net with
contents '160.129.208.222', permissions -rw-r--r--.  If not, create it and
restart dnscache with 'svc -t /service/dnscache'.  Test again.
