What version of the ISC DHCP software?   Where did you get it?   If
it's an RPM, uninstall it - there are no good RPMs for the ISC DHCP
distribution for RedHat.   If you get the ISC DHCP distribution (2.0
or 3.0b2pl11) from ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp, and follow the installation
instructions in the README, you will wind up with a
/etc/dhclient-script.   It is not a temporary file.   You don't have
to copy it somewhere - it's installed automatically.
