hi,

dhclient doesn't seem to support dhcp option 26 aka 'interface-mtu'.
it might be a missing feature of the script or the client itself, but
i'd like to know:

- would you release a patch/update which supports mtu-option (as Linux's
ifconfig supports setting the mtu this can be easily done)
- would you accept a patch and integrate it into your sources? i might
have the time to patch the script myself and commit it to you
- could you help me developing such a patch? (i'm aware of writing C/C++
and shell-scripts - so that's not the kind of help i need)

BTW: i'm using Linux, and i read some post of other people who wondered
why dhlcient doesn't set the MTU. Some of them were using FreeBSD.
