Probably a easy problem for some, but not for me...

I am running the latest isc server and client, both on linux.

How does one use the DHCP server to pass on the pop/news/time server IP's?
And how does one find them on the client side.

In my system I do not have a DNS.

Any direction or help will be greatly appreciated.
