CPU is Intel i7-9700 and graphics is what's built into that. I'm
running X server not Weyland.

Old ESR Firefox would do acceleration if I went to about:config and set
layers.acceleration.force-enabled = true
That doesn't work on the new ESR Firefox (or the Mozilla binary for
same version).

Vivaldi and Google Chrome happily do tearfree video rendering out of
the box (when running fullscreen). As do media players like VLC.
