Assuming you really want to:

sed -i -e 's/etch/sid/g;s:/stable:/unstable:g' \
/etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/{.[!.],}* && \
aptitude update && aptitude install aptitude apt dpkg && \
aptitude full-upgrade

should do it.
