Installed bastille-1:2.1.1-19 from lenny repo for my lenny.
[ same as http://packages.debian.org/lenny/bastille ].
You are correct,it has not been updated for lenny properly.
Still squeeze repo has bastille-1:2.1.1-19 whereas for sid in
 http://packages.debian.org/sid/bastille shows bastille-1:3.0.9-12.1.

This may require some updation for stable release.
