I would select Gtk or Qt simply because they are the most-used; it's
easier to get help, more people are reporting and fixing bugs, etc.
Also your app will fit in to the desktop of the future. :-)

Gtk is my preference of course, it's very nice. But ultimately it's a
subjective decision.
