Infomaniak DNS Authenticator plugin for certbot

This plugin enables usage of Infomaniak public API to complete dns-01 challenges.

It completes certbots plugins list already available in Debian, providing
letsencrypt capabilities for domain registered with infomaniak.

I'm planning to maintain it within the Debian Letsencrypt Team.
