This library is used by w_scan_cpp which is the successor of w_scan (w_scan is
not maintained anymore). w_scan_cpp & w_scan are from same author.

it is also used in https://salsa.debian.org/vdr-team/vdr-plugin-wirbelscan
but for now, it embeds the library while it could make use of librepfunc. so 
at
least 2 packages would use this library: w-scan-cpp =& vdr-plugin-wirbelscan

Idealy this would be maintained in the vdr team like w-scan and vdr-plugin-
wirbelscan
