One of the us mirrors is not working properly.  It's been faulty for
at least a week.

The mirror is:  204.152.191.7 (mirrors1.kernel.org)

To whoever might be in charge of this, it should be removed from the
rotation of both http.us.debian.org and ftp.us.debian.org, and
notified that it's having a problem.
