Oh, come on.  It's the author's perogative as to how the work is
licensed, and since it adheres to the DFSG I don't see why debian should
be rejecting this package on license issues.

While you're at it, you might as well request the removal of
regina-normal, for which I am both packager and upstream, which also
supplies a GPLed library.  Oh, and don't forget readline too.
