Ivan decided that libpng3 was the way forward for libqt2 people, but
then Chris (rightly, IMHO) decided that libqt2 would keep libpng2, and
libqt3 would have libpng3.

kdebase will be uploaded today and kdemultimedia tomorrow; the rest
should be OK.
