As kov said, kdm is part of the kdebase source package. So, tomorrow,
the kdebase source package will be uploaded, complete with the new
version of kdm. BTW, you didn't need to file #128208.

So, in short:
* kdebase source upload tomorrow, with fix in kdm's Depends: field.
