Hi

Ask dpkg which package includes mysql_config:

shell> dpkg --search mysql_config
libmysqlclient-dev: /usr/share/man/man1/mysql_config.1.gz
libmysqlclient-dev: /usr/bin/mysql_config

So now you know what to install.
