This is with DBD::informix

First, as of right now some of our backend scripts do not call a
disconnect when they end, or at times bomb out.  Is this a major problem
that I should look into fixing?  

Second, none of our scripts ever call a finish, again is this a
problem.  

I have noticed that with dbd::pg it makes you disconnect and finish on
all your handles.
