I'm getting an error "Makefile:846: *** missing separator.  Stop." on the
generated Makefile.  I've tried two different make utilities with the same
result.  Perl version is 5.005_02 and OS is NT 4.0.  Here's the code at
line 846...

$(PM_TO_BLIB)
<<
     @$(TOUCH) $@

Any help is appreciated
