I've checked in a fix to properly store namespace information in 
property values. Some notes:

* the property name is stored in the value column (as it contains all of 
the namespace prefix mappings), meaning that the property->value string 
in the datastructure will also contain the name as well as the value. 
Storage of property values will be significantly higher. A better but 
more difficult solution would be to map prefixes to the namespace table 
in some manner.

* this fix requires the patch to mod_dav listed in 
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14969 to function 
properly. Given this requirement, I checked in this small change (to 
props.c) into a branch called "prop_namespace". We can merge it into the 
main trunk when the patch has been applied to mod_dav.

* this fix means Cadaver now passes all litmus 0.9X property tests (and 
dav_fs doesn't currently...I may make the same fix in dav_fs, given the 
time.)
