Darby,

  Great idea.  I added the (untested) capability to Dart.  You can build
from SVN or wait until we cut a new release.  I expanded the manual
section on the SubmissionErrorsListener.

Hi,

Is there a way to set my project specifications so that the emails sent
when the dashboard receives a build with errors only happen for a
Continuous build? More importantly, I don't want them sent for
Experimental builds. Thanks. I am using Dart 1.0.9. Thanks.
