I'm awash in Dart2-XML submission-format references, and I'm not sure which
ones work and which ones don't. Some presumably don't work, for I'm told
by Zach (and I infer from Scott's emails) that there's been difficulty
trying to determine an XML format.

Can one of the Dart leaders possibly take all this input and update the
official docs? I see lots of confusion behind this.

I recommend making a nice, simply,
easy-for-a-human-to-memorize-and-remember URL for this so that can pull up
the format whenever we want.
