Your testing system would need to convert its output into XML, which would
then be parsed by the server.
There are separate XML files for the update, configure, build, test steps
etc. I don't think there are any DTDs, or other explicit descriptions of the
XML format, but it is pretty simple. If you want, I'm sure we can provide
you with some example xml files.

The server is written in tcl and xslt/java, so it should run on windows. The
client (which shares a lot of the tcl code with the server) certainly runs
on Windows.
