This seems like a bug;  doing a get from a partial repo should automatically
detect and enable the --partial setting.  Notifying the user that this is
being done.

For people who never tried this: this is what I get:
Copying patch 754 of 6055...
Fail: /home/zander/sources/java/myRepo/_darcs/patches/20040220080801-cd2d1-26244ebbe725d4bf1a2a47f02c30f7fa99dd21b4.gz: \
openBinaryFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)
