I could provide darcs 2.14.0 (+2 patches) which works from Mac OS X
10.8 Mountain Lion - macOS 10.13 High Sierra.

The latest Haskell Platform (stand alone installer) does not support
Mac OS X versions before 10.8.

How to provide for upload ?
