Hello, what might be the same problem has been detected on one of
our test machines now.


Can you check in your Dante logs if you can see any warnings like
this:

Oct  6 22:09:38 (1507320578.073072) sockd-release-debug[92356]: 
warning: flushio (): sending io object with local client 172.31.10.162

I could not see it in the logs you sent before, but that might be
because the logs were not from the start.  

If you can not see it in your current Dante logfiles, please temporarily
disable your cron job to kill request processes and wait for the
number of idle request processes to grow to e.g. 30, and then check
the Dante logs again.  Do you see any "warning:" messages in your
Dante logfiles then, assuming the logfiles have not been truncated
or removed?
