So I hear the recent Turkish Power outage
<http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2015/03/31/396576073/major-power-out=
age-darkens-dozens-of-cities-in-turkey>
is a IRGC cyber attack. Ostensibly done because of various comments made
by political leaders and geopolitical issues between the two countries,
but you know my opinion is that the real reasons for the attack are the
following:

1. To prove to themselves that they can (and ask for more budget)
2. To prove to the US that they can (deterrence building)

(Even if it is not IRGC, is worth thinking about ;) )
