When one is looking at an opponent and they appear to be doing nonsensical, perhaps
even "dumb" things but you know they are not dumb, then it's usually fair to say that
they are using elements of Strategy. The next step, of course, is to figure out what
that Strategy is, and how you might have to respond to it.

Sometimes, however, Strategy simply consists in not doing something that makes
complete sense in the short run, and chops your legs off in the long run. One of
those things is putting too much trust in the security of cell phones. Name the
executive that doesn't cry when you tell them they're not getting corporate email on
their phone!
