The following package has been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

*** desktop-file-utils-0.10-1

This upstream release includes a major rewrite to the code and build
system, as much of the previous code (namely the internal libmenu) is
now in the GNOME libraries themselves.  The gnome-vfs module -- which I
never got a chance to include in the Cygwin builds -- was also removed
from the sources as part of this upgrade.

Bottom line: source package is much smaller, but the end user won't see
much difference.
