* A problem where the server could block indefinitely waiting for an EOF
from
  the client when compression was enabled has been fixed.

This problem still seems to occur in the CVS 1.12.13 release on Suse Linux
cvs 2.6.5-7.244-smp. Is there any patch available for this problem.
