I am using Samba 3.0.24 which does not have the "printjob username"
directive, but the samba-username is only one of the problems, and
the samba-username shows up correctly in cups if authentication 
in cups is disabled. I will check if a recent Samba release fixes this
part of the issue.

The authorization problems for IPP will remain anyway:
- "Require valid-user" without "AuthType SomeAuth" in Location-statement
  grants unauthenticated access to anyone (No matter to what 
  "DefaultAuthType" ist set).
- "AuthType SomeAuth" in a Location-statement forces authentication
  anyway - rendering "Satisfy any" useless.
