The proposal was not to add "RIPCache 64M" to the specific printer de-
finition. Specific printer definitions are handled by the printers.conf
file. RIPCache is a directive not for printers.conf, but for cupsd.conf.

Please add this to cupsd.conf and report again:

# insert following line into cups.conf and re-start cupsd:
RIPCache 64m
