Neither of those look particularly difficult. I'll keep them in mind; if  
anyone else gets an itch to take a crack at this, just let me know so no  
effort gets wasted.

Only that the IMAP_MOVE_EXPUNGE_TO_TRASH setting is set in the config file.  
Someone, sometime ago, wanted to know if this was enabled. I don't remember  
why, it was a while ago.
