Changes:

* Fix the configuration file for the self-signed cert generator, for SMTP,  
to use the .rand extension for the entropy pool file, to be consistent with  
the IMAP and the POP3 cert generator.

* Shrink an excessively long hostname portion in a Courier-generated  
multipart MIME boundary delimiter.

* Add a Content-Disposition: header, and the name parameter to the Content- 
Type: header, when attaching PGP keys, in sqwebmail.

* Adjust the exit code from couriermlm for most errors, to avoid triggering  
backscatter suppression from rejected mailing list requests.

* The retrybeta and retrymaxdelta config settings weren't being read from  
the configuration directory.

* makealiases didn't like virtual domain aliases, any more.
