I'm guessing that you have a CGI that sends email based on form input, 
and spammers are using that to send email.  Check your HTTP logs for 
confirmation.  If you have such a form, turn it off.  Use one that 
doesn't accept the destination address from the form.

Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
